KNVEX shall not be responsible merely because a user did not receive the expected number of leads, enquiries, customers, bookings, rentals, sales, or revenue, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Most listing information displayed on KNVEX may be provided directly by users. Such information may include:
KNVEX does not, merely by displaying such information, represent that it is true, accurate, complete, current, lawful, or independently verified. Users are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying upon it.
Unless KNVEX expressly identifies a particular listing as independently verified, KNVEX does not guarantee that the person posting a listing:

KNVEX does not generally physically inspect, test, certify, repair, maintain, or assess machinery, vehicles, equipment, tools, or other items listed by users. Accordingly, KNVEX does not guarantee:

Users may choose to meet physically after connecting through KNVEX. Such meetings are undertaken by the users at their own discretion and subject to applicable law. KNVEX does not control:

Unless a specific KNVEX feature expressly states otherwise, KNVEX does not:

KNVEX is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for losses arising from direct user-to-user payments, including advance payments, deposits, rental payments, purchase payments, cash payments, UPI payments, bank transfers, failed refunds, unpaid amounts, or payment disputes.

KNVEX does not guarantee that every account, listing, phone number, photograph, identity, ownership claim, or statement submitted by users is genuine. Users must remain alert to possible fraud or scams. Examples of potentially suspicious activity include:
Users should exercise independent judgment and report suspicious listings or activity to KNVEX through the available reporting mechanism.
KNVEX does not take physical possession or operational control of equipment merely because it is listed on the Platform. Therefore, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KNVEX is not responsible for disputes relating to:
Responsibility between the users must be determined according to their agreement and applicable law.
Any use, operation, transportation, loading, unloading, driving, installation, or physical handling of equipment is undertaken by the relevant users and persons under their control. KNVEX does not control how equipment is used.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KNVEX is not responsible for third-party claims arising from accidents, injury, death, property damage, unsafe operation, negligent operation, traffic incidents, workplace incidents, equipment misuse, or other physical events occurring between users.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Search results, categories, recommendations, distance calculations, ranking, filters, and other Platform outputs may depend on information supplied by users, location information, availability, search terms, technical factors, Platform algorithms, third-party services, and other operational factors.
KNVEX does not guarantee that search results are always complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
KNVEX may use or link to third-party services such as:
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. KNVEX does not control independent third-party services and, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, or performance.
KNVEX aims to provide reliable Platform access but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical failures. Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, updates, server problems, network problems, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service failures, natural disasters, government actions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Every user remains responsible for making their own decisions. Before entering into a transaction, users should independently verify, where relevant:
KNVEX does not replace the user's own due diligence.
KNVEX may remove, restrict, hide, disable, or suspend listings or accounts where permitted or required because of violation of Platform Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful content, security concerns, user complaints, intellectual-property complaints, governmental or court directions, applicable intermediary obligations, or other legitimate legal or operational reasons.
Removal or retention of a listing should not be interpreted as a guarantee of its legitimacy, accuracy, quality, or safety.
Where KNVEX qualifies as an intermediary under applicable Indian law, it may rely upon protections available to intermediaries for eligible third-party information subject to statutory conditions and applicable due-diligence obligations.
Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 provides conditional exemption from liability for certain third-party information, data, or communication links, subject to the requirements of the provision.
KNVEX does not claim exemption from liability for its own acts or omissions where such exemption is unavailable under applicable law. KNVEX will follow applicable intermediary obligations, including applicable due-diligence and grievance procedures.
Nothing in this Disclaimer, the Terms & Conditions, or any other KNVEX policy is intended to:

If you believe a listing or user violates applicable law, Platform rules, or user safety requirements, you should report the issue through KNVEX's available reporting or grievance mechanism. Relevant information and evidence may be provided where appropriate. KNVEX may take action in accordance with applicable law and its policies.
This Disclaimer is governed by the applicable laws of India. Any mandatory rights, protections, remedies, or jurisdictional requirements under Indian law shall continue to apply.
Subject to applicable law and any court or forum whose jurisdiction cannot legally be excluded, disputes concerning this Disclaimer and KNVEX shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, to the extent such jurisdiction clause is legally enforceable.
